We have ONE application per FAMILY. You are welcome to register multiple students at the same time. *Birth certificate and Immunization Copies needed to register*

New Families: Please follow the instructions # 01, 02, 03.

Returning Families: Login to the Parent Portal to re-enroll.

Click “Register Here” above, and you will be re-directed to the Parent Portal. First-time users, please make an account login, and check your email to Verify your account.

02.

In the Parent Portal, Register → Select Program by choosing the up-coming school year, and complete Parent details. Accept Terms and Conditions.

03.

Add your Children, Upload Birth Certificate and Immunization Record, choose their Grade, and make Registration Payment. Registration is incomplete until payment is processed. Your welcome email will arrive as soon as registration is accepted.

      • $100 Early-Bird Registration Fee
      • $250 Registration Fee after April 1st
      • $35 School Supply Fee
      • $300* Book Deposit

      * For Elementary School Only 

Fees

  • All fees are non-refundable
  • All additional Fees will be covered by Student Scholarship Funds when available.
  • Please see Student Handbook for complete list of Fees.
  • Transportation is included. Please contact admin for more information.
  • School purchases and provides all supplies needed at school. Parents may purchase supplies for home. 
  • Book Deposit to be returned at the end of the year after all school provided books are returned in similar condition.
  • Fees typically not covered by Financial Aid, but fees may be waived for certain circumstances.

Financial Aid

Financial Aid is provided on a need-base assessment, and funding is currently limited to community donations. Funding is distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Depending on the Financial Aid application, fees may be waived. Please request the Financial Aid form from the Administrative Office.

Two Scholarships are additionally available to our students through the state of Georgia. 

All Crescent Academy students not eligible for GA Promise will be requested to apply for the Georgia SSO scholarship. This scholarship is open to all students that attended Public School the previous year or are entering Kindergarten or 1st Grade.  This scholarship is funded by Georgia Taxes, after community members and parents pledge to re-direct their state taxes to Crescent Academy.  Scholarships are funded at the end of the school year. 

Georgia Promise Scholarship is a federally funded program to provide students living in low-performing school districts to have access to education that meets their needs. This scholarship is open to students who attended Public School the previous year or entering Kindergarten, and reside in the districts stated in the Governor’s Office of Student Achievement’s list of the 25% lower performing public schools. Scholarships are verified at the beginning of the year and funded on a quarterly basis.
